Settlement for water, electricity, and firewood is handled separately.
Arrival
Please record the readings of the meters, or take a picture of them for accuracy. The electricity meter is located just to the right of the front door. The water meter is located in a well directly in front of the front door. To read the water meter, lift the light grey plastic lid.
Departure
Upon departure, the meters must be read again, just as when you arrived. If you like, you can take a photo of the meters. Then calculate your total consumption.
Electricity
Consumed kwh * 4,50 = payment in DKK
Water
Consumed m3 * 60.00 = payment in DKK
Firewood
Number of basked filled * 50,00 = payment in DKK
Linen packages
Number of packages * 150,00 = payment in DKK
Payment options
Cash payments
Deposit the payment in the black mailbox labeled “Fam. Berg Stisen, Karinavej 30”. Cash in DKK or EUR. If you would like to pay in cash in EUR, please divide the DKK amount by 7.45. Kindly place the cash in a sealed envelope before putting it in the mailbox.
